The above information is required to enable Retain Skills SW LTD to obtain your Individual unique learner number and to register you with the awarding organisation for the qualification you are enrolling on.
Retain Skills SW LTD will also enter the information on to our own data base as well as our electronic platforms that we use for qualification delivery, which you will have access to.
The data will be kept throughout the duration of the qualification you are undertaking and for 3 years following completion and certification. This enables us to comply with awarding organisation requirements. After this time, we may keep non personal identifiable data for a period beyond 3 years, which may consist of the course you completed and your future progression.
Your rights:
Under the GDPR you have a number of rights. In summary those include:
· Fair processing of information and transparency over how we use your use personal information.
· Access to your personal information and to certain other supplementary information that this Privacy Notice is already designed to address.
· Require us to correct any mistakes in your information which we hold.
